My Second Brew

Post by GTATTY » Sun Feb 11, 2007 1:41 am

Hi All

I started with a "Yorkshire Terrier" and went a little downmarket with a "Munton's Connoisseur IPA Bitter".

.Image

Followed the instructions but substituted the sugar for 750g of light spraymalt with 250g of glucose and conditioned in secondary with 100g of dark spraymalt!
Nothing else and it's not been in the cold yet but going to put in the garage tomorrow after sleeping with me and the missus tonight!....lol

Cheers

Graham
