'To use simply steep the bags in boiling water then add the liquid to the fermenter just before
you pitch the yeast' to quote from an online instruction. Were there no directions with the kit?

You use them like a big tea bag, the instructions are on the pack are they not, at least they were when I used them last?

All it says on the pack is cover with water in a jug steep for 30mins, then add to fv, as im new
to brewing i wasnt sure if it would be before you pitch yeast or like dry hopping afew days before
its finished fermenting. i know it was a stipid question but thanks for you answers!!

Not a stupid question no worries. Just add it to the fermenter before you pitch the yeast.
