John Bull Lager

Hi everyone,

I've just got a John Bull Lager kit for my birthday and was wondering what to add to it to get the best out of it?

Which yeast, DME, Dry Hopping?

I tend to add the Flavourpaks Lager and an extra kilo of sugar to JB Lager. Apart from when I want Dark Lager, then I will also steep 250g Chocolate Malt as well.
