It may or may not help but Ive just opened a bottle of lager thats been sat out in the 'very cold' for a few days and its flat as a fart.

My scientific calculations lead me to believe that very cold = dead CO2

Greetings, as a AG RIMS brewer it was nice to create a simple Kit beer (WW) its been a week and its down to 1014, smells as good as I remember, hope its not as good as mine , WW always has a place in my Bar as its a great Kit beer.

My actions so far:

2 Days in FV1
Drop into FV2 ( Air locked)

after 10 days I'll keg in A Corney or King Keg if space available.

I think my starting og is Starting 1026. Is this about right or have I read it wrong or has it fine wrong. Got frothy head / brown marks on lid 24 hours on but no bubbles yet.
