How about we collate a list of Top Tips? A bit like the FAQ's at the start page but specific to kits. A lot of the same questions get asked time and again (guilty here), and I know there are some specific threads about stuck fermentations and the like, but if you were helping someone just starting out what would be the most sage words of wisdom you would impart?
