doubling brewferm kits

has anyone tried doubbling up brewferm kits, is it just a case of doubbling all the ingredients, seems a waste putting 10litres or so in a king keg

I was planning to do this, didn't know if you could be tight and use 1 packet of yeast but I think doubling them up makes more sense when you think about the sediment and dregs at the bottom of the fermenter and the keg.

I doubled up the Triple kit with no real problems, had to rouse it once, but it got down to a good FG in the end (about 2 1/2 weeks). I used both yeasts. I bottled it though, rather than kegging it. I'm planning to double the Christmas kit soon, and bottle that too.
