I think I would call it St Peters Rocket Fuel!! haha!

You maybe right with the rocket fuel name, I sealed the FV lid down last night and it was very domed this morning, so its clearly still got some life in it

I checked the SG again just now, and its sitting at 1008 and the wort temp is 19C.
6.70% Muhahahaha
