Milestone rasberry wheat liquid sachet dilema

I just picked one of these up on the request of the wife but upon reading instructions cannot find any mention of the sachet of rasberry liquid that comes with it.Now the dilema is do i put it in before i pitch the yeast? or do i put it in at the end of fermentation? Hoping someone has made one and can tell me what they did.Also how did it turn out? Cheers
