Youngs Definitive Lager

Just done a youngs definitive lager but realised we didn't have any Normal Sugar, so I've used 500 grams of light spray malt and pinched 500 grams of caster sugar.looking forward to see what this taste's like

It shouldn't make any difference as caster sugar is a finer version of ordinary sugar. It probably lends itself well to lager with 500 grams of spraymalt. If you make bitter or stout it's worthwhile using demarara or another flavoursome sugar.
