This one was brewed as suggested by Cooper's, it came out at 3.5% as they suggest a small amount of fermentables.

Nonetheless it is pretty nice, just a little thin

It's designed to be brewed in the style of an "Ordinary Bitter", hence the low amount of fermentables. You could use a kilo of spraymalt or steep some crystal malt for bosy next time you do the kit.
