This beer probably wants more than the usual amount of carbonation. Its a 15l kit and to get 3 volumes of CO2 you need to add 120g of sugar. If i remember correctly that's also what the kit recommends.

Also, there should be no worries leaving you beer in the primary for a couple of weeks. There is no need to hurry.

Sweet as mate cheers for that!thats what Ive used the last couple brew transfers(fv bucket) I ordered the lil bottler but haven't fixed it on yet as I wasn't sure which fv to drill into :) but I'll be doing this over the next couple days cheers again pinto and bob3000

I think the kit i got was stale. :cry: Its got the nasty kit flavour.

So i bottled this kit just over a month ago now, made up with golden syrup and bulked primed with normal sugar....wow its amazing already i have to try and hide this away somewhere and keep my mits off of it. luckily i have a few more kits to keep me busy but already this is one of the nicest tasting kits ive made so far...next up is the brewferm pils hopefully thatll be nice to :)

did the brewferm diablo and kriek sorry to say the longer the better but the brewferm kits are well worth the wait :D
soon be dead thank beer for that no pain where im going :-)
