Any one done a wheat beer in a pressure barrel?
I was thinking of doing one but not sure how it would come out.
Thought it might be too clear.

too clear would not be the main problem, not fizzy would be what's wrong with that idea.
you'd need a corni to hold the right pressure for a wheat beer, most people just bottle it as you can still stir the yeast back in if needs be.
