i know i should know better.....

but went up to check my brews which Will be getting bottled tomorrow for a quick Fg. reading

both ruby and sundew have gone from a very respectable 1060 to 1012 (the higher og was due to a jar of honey bunged in)

but here is where i should know better. the wort still has a slight spaced krausen on it and the bubbler (i should know better) is still bubbling. not violently but once every 15-20 seconds

had a taste and they are quite tastey. Will still go ahead with bottling tomorrow. but is it normal?

Wow! How big was the jar of honey?

Re FG. Up to you but I would leave for another couple of days before going into bottles.

I agree if Hippo, if its still bubbling it isn't done yet and should not be bottled.

How much honey did you use?

i did a gravity reading on day ten and they were both at 1018, so was planning to bottle once they reached 1014ish which they are today and should be tomorrow that will be day 14 not sure if they will get much lower?

i accidentally added 350g to the ruby instead of the sundew so added the same to both. i wanted to raise the 4.2%
