I echo the sentiments that others have given. Fantastic video, worth a second watch. Also they were incredibly accommodating, if I knew how candid and truthful they were going to be I would have got a few questions in there.
Interesting to hear they filter and use extracted hop oils.

I have watched a few of your vids now and they are superb! I havent seen all of these yet but some of 1 and 2 and all of 3. And I must say 3 (the hop one) was very intresting. Stuart is so enthusiastic and to give you all that time is great!

Cheers Stomach! Good of you to say so mate, and you're right, Stewart is a top bloke. Not sure when I'll get to another brewery but i'll be doing more videos. Just put a strong stout on today, not going to use all of it for this but will do an experiment trying to make a 'tactical nuclear penguin' type drink. Was great straight out the freezer unit.
