@dd, welcome to Jim's. Apologies for my confusion, I got distracted by that picture of Ditch's staring at me!
Please reiterate...
- where is your beer now (what vessel)?
- how many times have you transfered/racked it?
- what's it doing e.g. is it bubbling etc?
- does the vessel it's in now allow air in?
- have you tasted your brew (even if flat), if so what's it like?
- when did put the brew on?
