Only a week ago this was posted, and how things change! Hehe.

As for taste, don't worry, sure you'll be happy with this. Mine was quite bad when first bottled. Now a much nicer beer. Only problem I do have, is that the yeast hasn't settled much after just over a month cold conditioning...

This beer still has some conditioning to do as well I think. again could be due to not getting a real cold conditioning like the St Peters Golden Ale, but time will tell!

Cheers

Fermenting:-
FV 1 - Festival Spiced Winter Ale
FV 2 - Empty
FV 3 - Empty
FV 4 - Ditches Stout

Drinking:-
Keg 1 - Nothing

Conditioning:-

Bottles - Brewferm Winter Ale
Bottles - Brewferm Triple

Next
Work in progress
Old Tin of Coopers Cerveza
Couple of old tins of stuff to experiment with!

Hmmm my comments were based on bottled versions. Just had two pints from the keg and it was pretty good and easy drinking! :D

Well this beer has nver taken off. Quite a dissapointment really!

Its drinkable if I treat it like a 'lager' a super chill it. Its thin bodied, quite bitter and no head whatsoever. I think that the fermentables in this dont help.

If I was to do it again, I would use a minimum of 1KG of DME!
