Torrified wheat

Hi everyone
have heard that Torrified wheat can help with mouth feel and head retention? if so how is it used, is it steeped or has it got to be boiled

You would be wanting to steep some for, say, 30-60 mins in a couple of litres of water around 60-70c, and strain that into your wort. Have a look at some all-grain recipes for beers similar to the one you want to produce to give you an idea of the amount of torrified wheat to use.
