Just one final thing?? Is the idea behind transfering to the second FV just to leave a lot of the sediment behind and let the fermentation end?? I take it I don't have to end finings to this as a wheatbeer is cloudy?

It just helps clear the beer a bit ,gives a chance to add hops ,flavours etc...(id add more curacao orange at this stage as stated earlier ) no finings needed

Secondary is good for helping to clear beer a bit , also at this stage add more orange to help balance coriander as it can be over-powering

i did on second attempt and result is much better i put 20g Saaz hops in secondary FV also

No Finings needed
