Another pear cider question

Post by Dyer » Tue Feb 26, 2013 8:18 pm

Although I have made plenty of beer in the past I am going to have a go at a pear cider .The question is should I use sugar or dsm or a mixture of the two for the best result. I am not worried about the strength of the brew just the flavour .
Cheers in advance

Hi Dye, You'll be better of looking in the other brew section. FWIW I would think sugar will be best for a cider.
