I put on a Coopers OS kit about a week ago with 2 jars of H&B malt extract, 300 g's of dme, 200g's of molasses and about 300g's of demerara. I also bought this:

- TEISSEIRE CHERRY SYRUP
which is on sale for £2 at poncie Waitrose.

With the recent success of infusing 1/2 a wherry kit with a bottle of Malina Lowicz syrup, I rhink I'm going to add the above Cherry Syrup to half of the Stout kit.

My rule of thumb of adding these cordial type syrups as adjuncts is doubling the dilution rate to get the hint of flavor. So with the Lowicz syrup, a 440 bottle is supposed to be added to about 1 gallon of water (4.5 l). I added it to 9-10 liters of Wherry and it has a nice residual aftertaste. The recommended dosage of Teisseire syrup is also to dilute 10 to 1 so adding the 600 ml to 10 - 12 liters is what I'm aiming.

I will keep the board updated on the progress. I like the ideas I'm getting from the forum. Keep them coming Lads!

Hello Boys and Girls,
This has only been in the bottle for a week, but I could not resist trying a `Taste Test`, As you do (frequently)! :D
330ml bottle, opened with a nice Hiss, poured lovely, looked lovely, great head, which lasted to the bottom of the glass (where else could it go)?
This drink is Bloody Lovely Mun! Little Cherry taste, but as it is, this beer is Great! :D :D
