I'd take a look at the Festival range of kits, as they come complete with a decent amount of hop pellets for dry hopping :)

Love Brewing Merseyside Dockers IPA, also comes with hops. Lovely drink and reasonably priced.

I've just done a Brewmaker IPA kit with 1kg Of beer enhancer and a muslin bag of 3 American hops soaked in hot water for 20 minutes then thrown in from the off.

It's very nice already and hoppy as can be after only 2 weeks conditioning - I had an early taste and have just carried on drinking it :=P

As documented elsewhere on this board the shop wouldn't tell me what the hops are but I'm guessing citra, chinook and possibly Amarillo - are they all American?

I can certainly vouch for the festival kits. I did a Father Hooks Festival kit, and it was dead simple to make and tasted great. As MB has said you get a bag of hop pellets of the correct amount and variety for the style of beer. You can dry hop with them (I used the little bag that came with the kit to put the hops in although that's not how the instructions tell you to use it, it works well) or make a hop tea to add the hop flavour. These kits are also supplied with 100g of detrose for priming. All this little extras go to show the thought they put into the design of these kits to ensure everything is there for the home brewer that wants to brew a good beer nice and simply.

Youngs Craft American range all come with generous amounts of hops too.

The APA was pretty hoppy. That was Centennial I think?
