Wilkos Cerveza.. WTF?

Hello Boys and Girls,
I put my Wilkos Cerveza on 2/8/14
Usual stuff
293.5Gr Dem Sugar
1Kg Light DME
40Gr Cascade boiled in 2Lt water for 5 mins
SG @ 22deg 1048
Day 7 dry hop 60Gr cascade
Day 12 look in to squeeze hops, AaaaaH My God! What the Fcuk is that! AaaaaaaaaaaHHH! It`s horrible! There was a white web (Newt in Aliens was covered
in it) and it is all over my Brew!
Took the hops out, seived off all the Alien Gunk stuff, put lid back on. It looks like the fatty residue when you boil a ham joint!
Next day Mega domed lid, it should be finished by now!
Next day Super domed lid, every hour this farking lid is going to hit the ceiling!
Today I bottled it! SG1048 FG 1008
The white scummy stuff was still on top of my beer, so I thought what the hell, let`s bottle it!
Smelled nice, tasted nice from the sample jar (3 jars actually, just to be sure) it looks like Pineapple juice in the bottle.
This will be a long time clearing.
What the Hell is going on?
My other Cerveza went great!

Keep an eye on those bottles Mun, if it is infected it may keep fermenting in the bottle - BOOM!!

If so I reckon its a lactobacillus infection. Generally passed from your mouth to your hands and so in to your wort.

Just come in from a 12Hr Night Shift, had a pint of this stuff!
Nice Head, Nice Smell, Nice Taste, It`s Bloody Lovely Mun!
Don`t know what went wrong with it but it hasn`t affected it!
