I rehydrated the kit yeast and that frothed right up in the cling film covered jar - I've never had that before. Is this a sign of decent yeast or me having the temperature of the boiled water in the jar right? Or a bit of both?
IPA bottled, I never got around to dry hopping it.

The Wilko Delicate Pilsner is OK - a basic, refreshing lager. Fine for the price.

Need to bottle some wine too tomorrow so might pick a Five Finger Jack up or a Festival Kit so as that FV isn't sat there doing nowt :mrgreen:
