My next stout recipe is as follows, as a novice I am making any glaring errors:
1 x coopers stout
500g bke
400g muscovado
100g black treacle
touch of choc extract - approx. 2 tbsp.
yeast from tin
2 weeks in fv, then bottled with a teaspoon of sugar.
Sound acceptable?
And has anybody tried the malt extract from Holland & barrett before, 454g jar for £2.65 - just curious?
Next stout recipe - sound OK?
