You may as well bottle from the PB, and treat it like a bottling bucket and dissolve the priming charge for the whole batch in one..
Then attach some hose/tube to the pb tap (enough to reach the bottom of your bottles, so you can fill from the bottom up and expell air with the beer n foam as it fills without oxygenating the beer..
add 20% more sugar than you would for a full PB that should provide the extra presure to fill the circa 12l extra headroom and maintain a similar condition that your used to And provide the bottles with a bit more fiz which is generally a characteristic of bottled versions..
fwiw general priming for a 5 gallon pb would be in the range 80-16og.. so i would suggest perhaps about 100-110g should be about right for a moderate/low level of condition suitable for a session bitter
