SG at 1.020 , dry hops added to MJ IPA and they smell amazing! ImageImage

They look lovely, but can't smell them from here as I've got a bit of a cold. What variety are they?
Isn't it a bit early to dry hop at full krausen?
I'm cheap. Just give me beer.
