hello all bit of an update on the nog just cracked open a bottle to have a taste. its been conditioning for just about two weeks curiosity got the better of me.heck its strong stuff had half a glass and im well away on first impressions it tasted very fizzy but this has settled down now its nice and smooth with a slight burnt smell to it tastes chocolaty malty sort of thing very impressed
