Comments on these Brupack kits

For Brupaks kits is there any need for additional DME or such?

Additionally i've pretty much set on Fixby Gold as my next kit since so many rave about it :)

Any ideas approx what % alcholol it is please?

I see they require no sugar

As far as I know, the Brupak's Brewer's Choice kits do require the addition of sugar/malt extract, but the 3kg Brupak's Pride of Yorkshire (e.g. the Fixby Gold) kits do not.

I think the Fixby Gold is supposed to be around 4.0-4.3% ABV.
