Hmmm .. I've tried this 4 times now - even (and only in the interests of science you understand) bottling early to try and get a well conditioned and carbonated beer without adding any priming sugar. The last brew I made was a 4.4% bitter using SO4 yeast and was in the FV for two weeks and when bottled still has got enough condition for me. I use the large quart bottles.Tony01 wrote:Hmmm ..
