Wow! The kit (1.1kg fermentables, 400g water) plus an extra 1.1 kg of ferms, brewed to 15 litres. Should come out at a tidy ABV.... maybe 6% or so.... hic! :mrgreen:

Never had a problem with coopers. Don't be fooled by the blurb though. They always suggest using their own enhancers but I never have just added spraymalt. Dark ale is great, cerveza really good for warmer weather and the draught lends itself well to tinkering with. Other threads have been really complimentary about the heritage range. Also the coopers website has plenty of kit modification recipes that might be worth a go
