Nah, what I need is an armed guard to keep me away from my bloody kit! Keep looking at it and wanting to bottle it now.

Better go and mow the lawns to keep my mind off it.

From the sound of it you need to start buying additional gear now, FV, bottles, bottle tree, big fridge, big pot, a few extra hydrometers and a small shed should be enough.

Hi mate,

I know exaclt how you feel with the waiting thing but i can confirm that patientce is the key to a great brew.

If your looking for something else to try whil your waiting for your beer have ago at a turbo cider. very cheap to make and great fun.

Try this you tube channel for some ideas including the turbo cider idea.http://www.youtube.com/user/whatsbrewinguk

I've ordered a Coopers kit, comes with 30 bottles and all the other gear. It's a weird looking thing with no airlock and a strange looking krausen sleeve, got it after seeing the review on Craigtube. It's got a lager kit with it, so I'll be doing that soon.

I've heard the Aussie lager is a bit bland, so I've got the enhancer 2 and some saaz hops to beef it up a little. Can''t wait until it arrives! Been watching a lot of You Tube videos on doing this, so I'm fairly confident I won't cock it up.

My Pils has been in the FV for 10 days now so will will be bottling it soon in a couple of days. :D Still quite cloudy so I've got some finings on the way too.

Got 30 new PET Copper Tun bottles (as well as the onse coming in the new kit), the guys in the brew shop said I don't need to sanitise these new ones so that will make life a little easier this time round.
