:lol: I wouldn't say that. There are many with better knowledge of brewing lager but they keep it on the down low and you have to prize the info out of them.

After thinking about it, a lighter kit would work if you wanted to add some grains, a bit of Cara Hell or simular.

In all honesty if I was going to all that effort I would consider buying a quality warm brew (?) lager yeast, there are a number of companies that do them.

Strangely enough my partner is czech tell your mate to forget urquell and try radagast insted its way nicer
