How long are you planning to keep it?

Happy brewing,

Got mine into the Corny on Thursday. Left it in the fridge for 8hrs and then force carbonated. Had my first taste last night and although still a little cloudy as it has not really had a chance to settle too much it tasted very good.

Really nice citrus aroma, grapefruit etc, and a very nice and not too bitter taste. Hold it head really well. I can see this one not lasting too long...

:D

Mine was down to 1.016 yesterday (Day 11) and i'm wondering when to chuck in the hop pellets. I might add them today (Day 12) and give it 15-16 days to finish up in total, or do the pellets HAVE to be in there for 5 days?

Just finished up my Wherry last night too, so the barrel is free for this now!!!

Cheers.

I couldn't resist trying a Golden Stag 10 days after bottling.

It's not bad at all already!

Not as light or as fruity as I was expecting but already pretty nice.

I'll move it somewhere cooler on day 14 and leave it alone for the prescribed further 3 weeks after that (yeah right  )

My mate and I shared the last 5ltrs of Golden Stag last night whilst watching the England vs Italy game.

The beer was lovely...

...and it helped kill the pain of defeat!
