Look for Brewferm Kits. Search `Tarwebier` on this forum. These kits are good!

They look great, so after having a read up about them, what I should actually be looking for is Wheat Beer kits.

That's it, Brupaks do a German style 10L kit in their Beers of the World range.

Brewferm kits are Belgian style brews, but as WalesAles says, they are good too.

Other Wheatbeer kits on the market like Coopers and Muntons are supposed to be quite bland, and come with ale yeasts.

Proper wheat beer yeasts add alot of flavours and character to the brew.

You can buy wheat beer yeast though, Danstar Munich or Fermentis YB-06.

Can't decide which bewteen the two (Brewferm or Brupak) to get.

MB I've just read your thread on the Brupak, but which would you recommend?

I preferred the Brupaks kit, but it was tastier when drunk young and with the yeast sediment all poured in ;-)
