BRILLIANT VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im sitting here in my room in my accomodation block drinking warm Coopers lager out of a 2L coke bottle (in a glass, not directly from the bottle and its warm cos I've only got one of those little fridges big enough for 1 pt of milk) laughing my socks off!
I've watches it 3 times, the blokes on the floor must think I'm mad or gay listening to Judy Garland over and over!
I have often wondered what happens under that FV lid.
Thanks for the entertainment and your great site.

I have a stout question; was yours still producing gas when you bottled it?.

Mine's at about 1012 and is falling slowly, but is still popping the lid off. It's been going for 9 days, so i'm thinking i might just get it out now, but is it better to wait until the FG has dropped below 1010?

Shock! I got the hydro reading wrong! it's in 1014 hell!

Goshdarnit. It's time to try some agitation and yeast nutrient then.

I hope it's got a great head like Stonch's brew; that's a photo to show the grandkids

The brewcam will be back on line late this evening - we'll be making up a Brupaks Scammonden Dark kit. If we pitch late it should be kicking off nicely throughout Monday... 8)

Yep, it's green, but fear not, they're all safely stashed in a cardboard box!

Seriously though, I don't see what the issue is with green or even clear bottles for homebrew. We have total control over how we handle our beer, and there's no reason to leave bottles uncovered... the concern with commercial beer of course is that it gets displayed on shop shelves...
