You'll never have that debate. Biltong is that good.
Weiss ingredients arrived today
Hello Snow,
My Biltong arrived Yesterday from Fleabay. It does taste like an Elephant`s Ar$e! Perhaps I should have bought one of the 7 different flavours on offer!
Have you started your Weiss yet?
I can see that you are really up for this challenge, you are asking questions on all the Posh sites on JBK!

I'm all bottled up mate.

Did you buy elephant biltong? You need real south African biltong. Still pink on the inside.

My Weiss poured next to a bottle waiting to be poured.

My Weiss was tooooo strong on the Coriander. Hope it mellows out after a couple of months!
Very lively from the bottle, huge head. Could only drink one of these as it is now!

I spotted that Biltong stuff in Tesco the other day, but as it looked like beef jerky, I gave it a miss!

Bloody Hell Monkey!
What shelf area is Biltong in Tesco? Never thought of looking there and get 10% with Mrs Ales working there!

It was down the wine aisle, hanging off of one of those random things that they clip onto a shelf.

Cheers
