Priming sugar

Post by Glug » Sun Apr 16, 2006 8:02 pm

I have some Youngs brewers/wine making sugar that I'm intending to use to prime my next brew, (as having read on forums I find normal sugar can affect the flavour). However I have also read that spraymalt and other various forms of sugar can be used.

Bottom line what is the best thing to use for priming?

I've used :-

Normal cane sugar
Spraymalt
Brown cane sugar

All have done the job perfectly well :D
