Has any one done a kit similar to Hoegarden if so which kit was it and how did it turn out please s i would like to brew this myself.
Thanks in advance........
Looking for a kit
Hoegaarden is a wheat beer with coriander in it. Wiki seems to suggest it may also contain Orange peel, but i only remember coriander.
You could add coriander to a muntons conniseur wheat beer kit, but i don't think you'll be able to accurately reproduce hoegaarden to any great extent with kits. I also don't know how much you'd need. And it would be a wheatbeer rather than a witbier if we're being pedantic.

Have a look at recipes for it in all grain to give you some ideas.....sure it does have bitter orange peel in it, Brupaks sell it for this purposemaxashton wrote:Hoegaarden is a wheat beer with coriander in it. Wiki seems to suggest it may also contain Orange peel, but i only remember coriander.
