Looking for a kit

Has any one done a kit similar to Hoegarden if so which kit was it and how did it turn out please s i would like to brew this myself.

Hoegaarden is a wheat beer with coriander in it. Wiki seems to suggest it may also contain Orange peel, but i only remember coriander.

You could add coriander to a muntons conniseur wheat beer kit, but i don't think you'll be able to accurately reproduce hoegaarden to any great extent with kits. I also don't know how much you'd need. And it would be a wheatbeer rather than a witbier if we're being pedantic.

hi, the lady in the hb shop in glasgow told me that muntons connoisseur wheat beer was very close in taste to hoegaarden.
i`ll take her word for it.

Thanks for the info mate i shall look into it very shortly , Just goto get the current 4 brews brewed and kegged before I start on that one but I shall get it in.

Have a look at recipes for it in all grain to give you some ideas.....sure it does have bitter orange peel in it, Brupaks sell it for this purpose

yep, it also contains Curacao orange peel,

c'mon even the wife knows there's orange peel in it......
