wheat beer stuck at 1012

hi all, after 7 days my muntons wheat beer was at 1012 from late saturday night to monday afternoon. as a newcomer to hb i didn`t think to take an og reading.
i went ahead and bottled and primed it with carb drops monday evening and tonight theres sediment on the bottom of the bottles and some slight bubbles at the top.
will everything be ok????????
