hiya all

Ok im going to be bottling on the week end but how do i know when its right???

do i have to take 2 HG reading on 2 seperate days and if they are around the same its time to bottle??

Yes, providing the gravity is reasonable for the beer type.

Anywhere under 12 would be fine for a 2 can kit or a 1 can kit made up with spraymalt (or an all grain brew).
