Now ye've got me thinking, Kev! I'm sure Shane could source me a few of those little, 2 1/2 Gallon kegs!
Imagine that? A Whole kit and Kg of DSM in
Half the water volume! My god! What
could I create there?!? " Ditch's Dynamite " ! Keep That shit in the gun safe!
But, seriously; If this 15 Gallon brew idea comes off ok, I could be doing all sorts of mad things with my 5G FV's and a little collection of mini kegs.
I love my Coopers Stout because I'm in love with the flavours it gives me. But that's not to say I'm totally 'Missionary Man'. I can go with testing out variations on the theme ~ just like StuBru's up to. In fact, I used to love Old Pec', Ruddles County and Tanglefoot. Then I tried mixing two of those three (can't remember which, sadly!) and found myself drinking an even Better pint!
Coopers Stout, as is, is simply my own bench mark of The Best damn pint I've ever tasted. But that's not to say a stronger, hoppier, lighter, darker, what ever, pint won't be fun too. Who knows?
Just let me get rolling ..... But the thought of little Mini Kegs, to try mad experiments in, as an aside? That appeals to me. Not as if I'm short on the basics, is it?
