ive re-hydrated my yeast and has been left for 1 hr now. im waiting for my wort to cool to the right temp. how long can i leave the yeast untill i pitch it? my fv is in a tub of icey water at the moment to cool it quicker.

As long as you keep it covered, it'll be fine to keep until your FV has cooled
