Thinking of doing the Brewer's Choice Extra Special soon. What do you think of it and is it best with the malt extract or spray malt options?

I, personally, would go with option 2, the spray malt, no real evidence to why but I trust the freshness of spraymalt as I am sure it keeps better longer than liquid extract, just my preference.
