On the Box OG 1020 Iand below I got 1010 is that ok or do I need to leave longer

Just make sure the final gravity is the same for three days in a row, don't worry about leaving it a few extra days I leave my kits for up to a week after they have finished before transfering and priming.

1010 is fine and that's a result in my book.
