My Abbey kit (see previous thread) is still stuck at 1022. Despite moving it to a warmer room and wrapping it up in a lovely pink housecoat I can't get the temperature of the beer above 15c.
I'm going to pitch some safalale (spelling????) yeast tonight - if that doesn't shift it I think I'll just put it in my keg and see what happens.
Any thoughts?
