Hello folks, I have took the plunge and ordered a shiny! just as forcast by more enlightened members when one gets more involved with brewing. now a question! I have always bottled my beer and usually have some good brews with a lovely head that stays down the glass I put this down to the natural carbonation from the priming sugar! (Though I could be wrong) does any one who uses cornys prime them with sugar as one would if bottling and what sort of result could I expect, I would appreciate any information,
Thanks folks.

Re: carbonation
Thanks Chris, I suppose for me the head is asthetically pleasing and I believe it tastes better than a flatish beer, recently went to a real ale festival and I can honestly say It has been a long while since I tasted such crap, I won't go again thats for sure, but back to my question, sorry if I seem a pain but I just want to clarify are you saying that if I use priming sugar or not I will still get the beer that I prefer (one with a staying head),
Thanks again Chris for your trouble.
