The ongoing tale of my Brewferm Abbey

Last week I pitched more yeast into my stuck abbey. Tonight the gravity hasn't budged, as the problem seems to be the inability to increase the temperature of the beer do I just cut my losses and bin it?

As soon as I get payed at the end of January I'm getting another kit and a heater
