I started a john bull chocolate stout (Expirey date Jan 2010) 24 hrs ago and it has not started fermenting. The temp dropped last night to 17 (i brew in the garage) the temp is a steady 21 now and i am able to maintain that. Should i rouse the wort or add yeast nutrient or i have a pack Safale S-04 should i pitch that any help welcomed TT.
