Im going to do a woodfordes great eastern and a NOG ...had great sucess witht e nelson revenge...what hops would suit both for hop tea / dry hopping. I presume the NOg is ok as is if its meant to be porter

never done the nog.its on my to do list.so i dont know the answer to that but ive done the eastern 3 times now and its always been quite hoppy anyway .
next time i,m gonna try adding some northern brewer and fuggles in a tea mix.also thinking of a little elderflower too.but waiting for results of another brew before i add the elderflower.just dry hopped an i p a with northern brewer and it tasted pretty good when i keged it so i got six to eight weeks before i get round to it.

Ive never done either so maybe i might let them go as is ...im v happy with the nelson revenge as is.

I've done all the Woodfordes except the headcracker and they are all very very good beers. Maybe a little low on the ABV, but great session drinks and they will get you hammered, don't worry.

i made the revenge up to only varely 30 pints ....i think its a good 5.5 or so ...actually tastes like something you'd precive as belgian....have high hopes for the eastern as ive done extract and a few AG also but they all turned out red/brown.
