So after bottling my first all grain last night and sampling the goodness I need to use up a couple of the kits we have in the cupboard.
I have a Munton's conn bock and would like to spruce it up with some fresh malty goodness. What grains would be suitable for steeping and what hops would people suggest?
I also thought I might change the yeast out for saflager. Is that a stupid idea or worthwhile?
